Limitless Advancements
Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) we use, why, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We also use browser local storage, which serves a similar purpose: remembering your choices between visits. Below, “cookies” refers to both.
2. Strictly necessary items (no consent required)
These are required for the site to function and are used on the basis of necessity:
- la-age-gate-v1 — records that you confirmed you are 18+, in Canada, and accessing for research purposes, so we do not ask on every page;
- la-cookie-consent-v1 — records your cookie choice and its date;
- Security and load-balancing cookies set by our hosting provider (Vercel).
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics run.
4. Managing your choices
- Use the cookie banner on your first visit to accept all or keep essential only;
- Change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit;
- Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies globally; blocking strictly necessary items may prevent parts of the site (such as the age gate) from working correctly.
