This website and our products are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, located in Canada, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements. We may require age or identity verification and may refuse service where verification fails.

All products are chemical reference materials sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. Your purchase is conditional on your affirmation of lawful research use. Breach of this condition is a material breach of these Terms and may result in refusal of future service.

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect intended misuse, resale contrary to these Terms, or a shipping destination outside Canada. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and will offer you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel.

We ship only to addresses within Canada. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Cold-chain items must be stored per the accompanying documentation immediately upon receipt.

Because our products are temperature- and integrity-sensitive research materials, opened products cannot be returned. Products damaged in transit or shipped in error will be replaced or refunded — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging.

The Limitless Advancements name, logo, and all site content are our property or used under license and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Except for the analytical specifications stated on the applicable Certificate of Analysis, products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable provincial consumer-protection legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, including any use of products contrary to the Research Use Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the order is fulfilled and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Canadian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in your province of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order governs that order. Material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date above.
